Cycle 15 baby!

Finally, I am catching up with cycle 15 of America's Next Top Model (why am i this slow seriously?!) and it is hotter than ever! It may even be taking over my life of cycle 11..you know, the one with the hoochie Sheena..

However, unlike Britain's Next Top Model, which would still be acceptable even if Elle Macpherson buggered off and was replaced, America's Next Top Model would be nothing to me without Tyra.

I do think she's a bit brilliant, diva or not.

Hairy Hairy Hot Hats.

WINTER IS UPON US.

So i'm busting out some brand new winter accessories i've found/ bought this month.

This bad boy knitted helmet sty-lee teapot cosy-tastic hat I discovered in my airing cupboard. Where it came from, who made it, who bought it i have NO IDEA. But the amount of fun I have had today with this is unbelievable.

THE RUSSIAN. Fake obv. May change my name and start drinking Red Square Vodka to keep the persona up in this one.

THE KNITTED TUBE - occasionally a scarf, occasionally an arm warmer for very long limbed people.

Have a ton more hats to work my way through, however playing dress up is far too distracting....

What's a Bit of Facial Hair Between Friends?

MY PAST IS BASICALLY FULL OF MOUSTACHES.

Never realised how much I love fake facial hair until I took a trip down memory lane into the ole photo archives and saw that at every possible point - birthdays, fancy dress etc - every possible excusable moment - I appear to be wearing a fake tash. And I flipping LOVE it.

So whilst feeling all warm inside about my favourite face accessory, I found that Lazy Oaf have this beaut on their website. It's basically all i could want in an item of clothing.

The Only Way Is The Milky Way.

Being one the biggest Blur fans I know of, naturally I love Milky (the adorable milk carton in their video to Coffee and TV - you remember, he falls in love, loses his true love, gets drunk by Graham Coxon, floats into heaven, that guy) So you can imagine my face when i stumbled upon a whole website of fans declaring their love for the happy chappy. Why I have never discovered this website earlier is BEYOND ME.

Giles S/S 11 Collection - POM POM MANIA!! Coming from a person who tends to shy away from all things pink, puffy and pom pom-like, I am in LOVE with this collection, maybe even go as far to say my favourite collection for S/S 2011.. yes, I would go that far.

I may be a dirty grunger at heart, but big bursts of pattern and pastel colours really do warm me up. Now, to grab some wool and start making those pom pom hats..

My favourite illustrator right now without a doubt is the one and only Delicious Dee Andrews.

Her pointellation, attention to detail and bad ass fine lines means she has contributed work to Amelia's Magazine, Nylon US Magazine, Designers Lira Leirner and Elizabeth Lau to name a few. My favourite piece, on sheer WOW factor alone is most definately the cupcakes in the hair piece. The hair volume alone i'm jealous of - gives Cheryl Cole a run for her money! And imagine if your own hair was filled with cupcakes..mmmm, sweet sweet dreams I shall be having tonight.
